This was Ellie's first world Championships and Beckys 7th.
In Qualifications Becky and Ellie had mixed emotions about their performances they were thrilled to contribute towards their Team qualifying in 3rd for the Team final however Becky failed to qualify for the Bar final after a mistake which was disappointing for her as she was eager to show the world her new routine .
Ellie stormed her first three pieces but two mistakes during her bar routine left her behind two of her GB teammates in The final AA standings ruling her out of the AA final due to the two per country ruling she too was left disappointed .
For Ellie tho after after the final standings she was over the moon to find she had qualified for both the vault and floor finals , a fantastic achievement for her first worlds .
Team final day arrived been in the top eight teams in the world meant Olympic qualification for GB but a medal would be the icing on the cake as it had NEVER been done before and they did it !!!! Team Bronze , History Makers !!!!!!
Doubledownies supported their Teammates over the rest of the week through the men's team , women's AA plus mens AA & enjoyed every second .
Finally it was time for Ellie to compete in her finals vault on Saturday & floor on Sunday with Claudia Fragapane .
Ellie was on fire for her finals coming 4th in the vault final behind Simone Biles & 6th on floor also scoring a Personnel best she couldn't of been happier with her results after her AA mistakes .
After finals all 600 gymnasts from every country enjoyed a celebration banquet , neither Becky or Ellie will ever forget the Amazing experience of Glasgow Worlds 2015 so many memories.
